ABC Healthy Juice

If you want your kids to eat healthy don't forget to stop by my book launch party. This coming Monday, July 6th from 2-3pm at the Long Beach Island Library in Surf City, NJ.  Before you know it they will be asking for healthy snacks as a special treat!  My son loves when we make a special juice.  Try this one the kiddos will love!

2 oranges
2 kiwis
1 peach
1 granny smith apple or other tart apple
a bunch of kale
poor over ice and enjoy!

ABC Healthy is in Stores and on Amazon!

I am happy to announce that ABC Healthy is now available on Amazon!  I am also working on getting it in local store in both New Jersey and Colorado.  It is for currently for sale at Viking Outfitters in Barnegat Light, NJ and is on its way to Farias Surf Shop's Children's Store in Ship Bottom, NJ.

I have a meeting with the Long Beach Island Library on Monday to make plans for a book launch party where ABC Healthy will also be for sale.

jstokesart.com is getting its finishing touches and should be up in a few days.

The Books Are In!

ABC Healthy has arrived!  I will be sending them to Amazon soon.  Once Amazon receives the books they will be available for sale on amazon.com.  I will keep everyone posted as to when they are available on Amazon.  Now that I have the books I will plan my book release party where the books will also be for sale.  My website jstokesart.com is close to complete.  Many updates to come.
